IT project management is a sub-discipline of project management in which information technology projects are planned, monitored and controlled. Many project managers are extremely successful in their role by simply managing a project plan and checking off tasks as they become "100% complete." They're able to manage teams, create budgets, assess risk, pretty much perform all of the basic and yet complex project manager duties. And more importantly, they're able to do these things without having to dig too deep into the technical details. They can lean on the technical lead to solve all of the technical issues..  :)

DG Cement Company Limited. I am working on this project as Senior Project Manager since July 2009.  After taking over this project, We have completed Oracle Financial modules including GL, AP, AR CM, FA. The second phase gone live in Sep-2009 consist of Oracle Inventory, Purchasing and Order Management. Third phase consist of Oracle HRMS Suite (HR, SSHR, OTL, Payroll) and Oracle Process Manufacturing live in Dec-2009.  Simultaneously Daily Business Intelligence for Financial, Payable, Receivables, Inventory, Order Management, HRMS, Manufacturing also gone live. I have designed Customize dashboard for management designed including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Ratios and monthly financial results. Currently Enterprise Asset Management and e-Planning and Budgeting / Hyperion Planning's Implementation is in progress.

Lucky Textile Mills I had completed the implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, INV, PO and OM in Dec-2008. Project was took over by in Feb-2005 and Finished in Dec-2008, very short timelines, limited resources and small time was main constrain. My team accepted this challenge and performed very well. Initiated project with Oracle e-Business Suite 12.0.0 and till December rup6 12.0.6 has been implemented. We have setup one of the best eBtax which was recognized by leading implementation companies.
